As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), personal trainer, and breathwork facilitator, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s movement patterns, energy systems, and nervous system regulation into my yoga offerings. I believe in movement that is functional, intuitive, and deeply nourishing—helping your body move with more ease, strength, and freedom.

1-on-1 yoga isn’t just about deepening your poses. It’s about creating a practice that truly supports you—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're here to increase mobility, release tension, strengthen your foundation, or reconnect with yourself, our sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs.
