This hasn’t always been easy for me either. Staying connected to my body, keeping a resilient mindset, and maintaining practices that bring real wellness have been a journey of growth. Like so many, I knew that moving my body or taking time for myself would help me feel better. But finding the motivation to follow through often felt elusive, until I realized that the first step toward health and well-being was a shift in mindset.

This change came when I found a mentor who helped me see my potential, guiding me back to my purpose and encouraging me to embrace my inner strength. Through this supportive relationship and immersive self-discovery, I found a renewed sense of consistency, confidence, and energy that had been waiting within. My journey taught me that deep and lasting wellness begins with a willingness to explore, reflect, and evolve.

With this new understanding, I felt compelled to help others unlock the same transformation. I’ve seen the life-changing impact that a holistic approach—blending the physical, mental, and spiritual—can have. As a massage therapist, I witnessed the importance of physical self-care; through my own path, I experienced how mindfulness and spiritual connection bring depth and meaning to that care. My journey in wellness has been a lifelong exploration. From my foundation in yoga, personal training, and group fitness, to my work as a Registered Massage Therapist, I bring a whole-person approach that evolves as we grow.
